Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. This is refundable only if cancellation is received in writing more than 14 days prior to arrival.
• The balance due will be automatically charged 7 days prior to arrival.

Cleaning fee

• Please note that a cleaning and laundry surcharge of $50.00 will apply for a single-night stay only.
• There is no cleaning fee for stays of two nights or longer. However, please note that should the unit be vacated in an unreasonable condition, an additional cleaning fee of $25.00 may be charged to your account.

Bedding

• All linen and bath towels are provided. The beds will be made up prior to your arrival. Linen for the sofa bed is stored in the dresser in the second bedroom.

Occupation Times

• Check in time is 14h00, unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Check out time is 10h00 on day of departure (a surcharge of $35.00 will be levied for late check out).

Breakages

• It is important that you check the inventory against the supplied list on arrival as goods found to be missing or damaged on your departure may be charged to your account.
